Are you looking to rent a nice, clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable oceanfront condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms in Ocean City, MD? You have found it! Please read on.

Welcome to our Condo in the Tides Edge Condominium building, located at 127th St and the oceanfront in North Ocean City, Maryland. Our condo is a short 10-minute drive from the famous Ocean City boardwalk, Bethany Beach Delaware and only 1.5 miles south of Fenwick Island, Delaware.

Our summer home is located in a small (20 unit), quiet, oceanfront building that is mostly owner occupied and away from the high-rise crowd. Sorry, but our building does not have a pool.   

Our oceanfront condo is kept in very clean condition and it has been recently refurnished and renovated. Almost all of the furnishings and appointments are new, and our condo is aesthetically pleasing.

Our condo has two bedrooms and a family room, two full bathrooms, central air and heat. It sleeps 6 in comfort and privacy.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room and family rooms both have sleep sofas that convert into comfortable queen sized beds.

A decent sized kitchen with a center island compliment our summer home. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything that most renters will need.

Our summer home is an elevated first floor condo, (directly above the garage) which has a great ocean view from the balcony, (see pictures for the actual view). In most other buildings, our condo would be on the 2^nd floor, which most vacation travel guides consider as the ideal floor to be on.

Access to and from the beach and your vehicle is very easy from our condo. There is the added convenience of being able to select between riding the elevator (which stops directly in front of our condo's door) and descending 15 stairs to get to the beach level. You are not at the mercy of the elevator as in many other buildings.

There are windows on three sides of the building that serve to make our condo bright and cheery! When all of the windows are open, you can enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes. The waves crashing on the beach can be heard in the living room and master bedroom.
 
There are two parking spaces assigned to our condo. They are located less than 25 steps from the ground floor lobby and elevator. There is also parking on 127th St for other members of your party.

For our guests who have asthma or other respiratory problems, please note that our condo is a NO SMOKING/NO PETS PERMITTED unit. This rule is strictly enforced!

Our Condo is not an investment property as most condos in Ocean City Maryland are. It is our second home and we rent it for only eight to ten weeks, from July until mid September, to defer some of the costs. We pamper it the rest of the year, and as a result it is in much nicer condition than most of the others.

Our condo rents from Saturday to Saturday only. Sorry, no mini weeks are available. To keep our condo in great condition for all of our guests, we rent to only families and mature related couples only. Sorry no student, seasonal worker, group, party or rentals to unrelated individuals.
 

The owners provide cleaning service. Rent directly from the owner(s) - get the keys before arriving in Ocean City. No need to stand in the long lines at the rental office to check in. Start your vacation sooner and avoid the late Saturday afternoon rental office chaos!

Please act quickly as we own only one of the 20 units in our building. Choice weeks are renting fast!!!
