Welcome to our Condo in the Tides Edge Condominium building, located at 127th St and the oceanfront in North Ocean City, Maryland. Our Condo is located across Coastal Highway from North side Park. North Side Park is the hub for many events in North Ocean City, such as the 4th of July fireworks display and many sporting tournaments.

Our condo is a short 15-minute drive to the famous Ocean City boardwalk, We are only 1.2 miles south of Fenwick Island, and less than 15 minutes from Bethany Beach, Delaware.

Our summer home is located in a small (20 unit), quiet, oceanfront building that is mostly owner occupied and away from the high-rise crowd. It is a very nice, clean, oceanfront condo that has been recently refurnished and renovated. Almost all of the furnishings and decor are new, and our condo is aesthetically pleasing and in pristine condition.

Our summer home is an elevated first floor condo, (directly above the garage) which has a great ocean view from the balcony, (see pictures for the actual view). In other buildings, our condo would be on the 2^nd floor, which most vacationers consider as the ideal level to be on. There are windows on three sides of the building that serve to make our condo bright and cheery! You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from the living room and master bedroom.

Access to and from the beach and your vehicle is very easy from our condo. There is the added convenience of being able to select between riding the elevator (which stops directly in front of our condo's door) or walking down 15 stairs to get to the beach level. You are not at the mercy of the elevator as in many other buildings.

There are two parking spaces assigned to our condo. They are located less than 25 steps from the ground floor lobby and elevator. There is also ample street parking on 127th St for other members of your party.

Our Condo has two bedrooms and a family room. It has two full bathrooms with soaking tubs, central air and heat. Our summer home sleeps 6 in comfort and privacy. Please note that 6 is the absolute occupancy limit.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the living room and family rooms both have sleep sofas that convert into comfortable queen sized beds. There is no need for cots or inflatable mattresses to accommodate your party of 6. 

A decent sized kitchen with a center island compliment our summer home. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything that most renters will need.

We rent our condo from Saturday to Saturday only.

For our guests who have asthma or other respiratory problems, please note that our building has a strict NO SMOKING/NO PETS policy. These rules are strictly enforced!

 To keep our condo in great condition for all of our guests, we rent  families and mature related couples only. Sorry no student, seasonal worker, group, party or rentals to unrelated individuals. Yes, we do confirm who is actually using our condo.
